I liked history just a little better than P.E. when I was a student. I am falling in love with it as I learn with my children. My favorite from early American History is Thomas Jefferson—he did so many awesome things (not even looking at his political career).
Forgot to add my favorite character is Daniel Webster. I love to read how he cherished to gift he had been giving of such a powerful mind and became the world’s greatest speaker.
Hard to choose… Lincoln is a good one!
Abraham Lincoln, but as I’m actually learning with my kids this time around I am becoming more excited about history and learning!!!
