    Since this is our first year homeschooling, and history was never my favorite subject, I would love this timeline set to make it more interesting… not only for my kids, but me too! I guess my “favorite” period in history would have to be any time during the 1800’s.

    I didn’t realize what my favorite period in history was until this year. I have been learning about early American History (going though Paths of Settlement with my two children) and am entranced (Revolutionary War, Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, Civil War). I know in the way distant past I have studied all of this, but my memory must be VERY bad. I have so thoroughly enjoyed this year’s curriculum. It helps that we live on the east coast so we are able to visit many historical sites.
