Settlement Unit Packages

Paths of Settlement is a 36-week, six-unit curriculum for grades 4-6. The curriculum is available in variety of configurations, including as a Complete Package, as Individual Teachers Guides, and (presented below) as Individual Unit Packages.

The individual six-week units can be completed independently as best fits your schedule, interests, and needs. For example, if you are planning to visit Civil War battlefields or historic sites, you may want to do the six-week House Divided unit.

For the most part, these units can be completed as stand-alone studies with one key exception—writing and editing is taught incrementally throughout the 36 weeks, beginning with the first unit, Growing Pains.
